The hotel has comfortable location not far from Allan who were the perfect hosts, and the centre of Kelso. Plus, it was 15 minutes by car to a turreted 18th-century castle.

Wow! What an amazing romantic escape! The location was perfect, close to all the beautiful gardens and historic sites. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The continental breakfast with fresh ingredients, juices, and pastries was just what we needed to start our day. The furnishings were top-notch; the room was beautifully appointed with high-quality linens and a super comfy bed. We also loved the personal touches, like having our own entrance to come and go as we pleased.
There really wasn't anything we disliked. The only thing we can think of is that we didn't get to spend more time there!

The location of this hotel was great as it was close to the town center and easily accessible. The room was comfortable and clean, with a good shower. Another advantage was that they had a decent breakfast available.
The staff was not very friendly or welcoming during our stay. We felt as if we were bothering them with our requests.

I had the most amazing stay at a charming hotel in a tranquil location. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh eggs, toast, muesli, yogurt. I especially loved the freedom of serving myself breakfast whenever I wanted. The hosts went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable, providing multiple drop-offs into town and even taking me to a wedding venue. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk through a beautiful park and over the river into the town center. I can't recommend this place enough. I highly recommend this hotel.
